How much do your services cost?
My standard rate is $125/hour. I also offer monthly maintenance packages depending on your need. Reach out to me directly for a free 15 minute consultation and we can find something that works for you and your needs.
Do you offer remote or in-person services?
I offer both! Many tech issues can be resolved remotely through video calls, but I’m also available for in-person support for clients in the local Austin area.
What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee.
What if I need more than one type of service?
No problem! I can customize a plan that addresses all your tech needs in one session or over multiple visits.
Is my personal information safe with you?
Yes, your privacy and security are my top priorities. I will never share or misuse your information.
What if you can’t fix my issue?
If I’m unable to resolve your problem, I’ll do my best to recommend another solution or resource. Your satisfaction is my priority.
